A member of the Producers Guild of America, Larry is the President of Production at international digital production house SXM, where he has produced numerous digital properties. 

In addition to his work at SXM, Larry also serves as Co-Founder and Executive Director of NewFilmmakers Los Angeles. NFMLA is a non-profit organization designed to showcase innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world, providing the Los Angeles community of entertainment professionals and film goers with a constant surge of monthly screening events.

Kayla Briët is a 20 year old filmmaker/composer exploring themes of identity and self-discovery in multiple mediums of storytelling: film, virtual reality, and music.  

Kayla’s award-winning short documentary, Smoke That Travels, immerses viewers in her native Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation heritage and explores fears that her culture may someday be forgotten. This film has screened and won awards at festivals internationally, including MoMA NYC, Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C., and earned her a fellowship with Sundance Film Festival in 2016. As a multi-instrumentalist and self-taught composer, Kayla also scores her own films and creates music in styles ranging from cinematic to alternative pop to electronic.

Recently, Kayla was named a 2017 TED Fellow, 2016 Sundance Film Festival Ignite Fellow, 2016 Adobe Creativity Scholar, a 2016 MIT Chamber Scholar for her interest in blockchain technology, and a 2016 Oculus Launch Pad Artist for virtual reality.

Gerry Maravilla is an independent filmmaker and the Director of Crowdfunding at Seed&Spark, a subscription video streaming and crowdfunding platform with the highest crowdfunding success rate in the business (75%!). As an independent filmmaker, Gerry ran a successful campaign for his short film, “Cross” —  the story of Filipino-American backyard boxer in the San Fernando Valley. After completing his campaign, Gerry joined the Seed&Spark team where he advises filmmakers in reaching their audience building and crowdfunding goals.
